On the morning of November 20th, 100 tons of Chilean cherries transported by Bondex Group arrived safely in Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport by Kalitta Air K4924 cargo plane. This is the first batch of fruits imported by air since the airport was relocated to Jiaozhou in 2021, and it is also the first batch of fruits imported by air into Qingdao in the new production season.
Although freshly picked cherries, as seasonal fruits, have extremely high timeliness requirements for air transportation, import customs clearance, and logistics operations, our professional imported fresh cargo team has rich operational experience on it. After receiving the business entrustment from the customer, in order to ensure that the cherries can be quickly distributed, cleared, and picked up after the flight lands, our team will immediately start designing operation plans and sorting out the working process. At the same time, they will establish close contact with our major partners such as airlines, customs, airport freight department and fleet. Based on the information provided by the customer, team members will work overtime to review relevant documents and take various supporting measures in advance to ensure smooth transportation. With the strong support and guidance of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport and Jiaodong Customs, the goods can be checked and released immediately after their arrival, truly realizing "zero delay" in fruit customs clearance.
Bondex’s Qingdao Air Transport Import Team has always focused on providing efficient, fast, and safe logistics services, providing import services for various categories of goods, including fruits, seedlings, edible aquatic products, fresh flowers, live animals, frozen fresh aquatic products, etc. Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport is also one of the air cargo entry ports with the most complete range of designated entry supervision sites.
Looking to the future, we will continue to leverage our business advantages, work with our partners to optimize operating procedures, improve support efficiency, and ensure the smooth import of more fresh goods.
