Responding to the Group's strategy, in order to bolster the sales team, and consolidate the professionalism and practical skills of sales personnel, Bondex Group organized the first training session of "Lijian Action - Sales Training Camp" from September 7th to 8th, 2024. The training camp brought together 42 colleagues from the Semiconductor Solutions Department, the Maritime Transportation Division, the Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Division, the Air Transportation Division, the China North Region, the China East Region, and the China West Region and embarked on a journey filled with challenges and rewards..
This training camp centers on the core aspect of practical consultative sales skills—efficient visits. Through a systematic curriculum, it covers the entire skill chain enhancement, including customer relationship cultivation, pre-visit preparation, in-visit communication, and post-visit review. Utilizing a diverse range of teaching methods, such as theoretical lectures, case discussions, scenario exercises, and group co-creation, the training aimed to transform the trainees' cognitive frameworks, reshape their sales thinking, master professional sales processes and tools, and refine standardized and efficient communication strategies.
"The sword has been sharpened, and the road lies ahead." Although this training has finished, the journey of "unity of knowledge and action" in sales practice has just begun. We anticipate that every colleague participating in the training will turn the knowledge and skills learned into a weapon in actual sales combat, adopting a more professional attitude and sharper market insight to navigate the fierce market competition and achieve outstanding results!
