The journey is thousands of miles long with strong wind, while we keep forging ahead with thousands of kilos of responsibilities. With a whole year of learning and practice, the "Climber Plan" talent echelon training project’s closing meeting was held on September 23, 2023. The group leaders, all trainees, and mentors gathered together to witness the growth and transformation of the project members.
Ten trainee representatives from Shanghai class and Qingdao class reported on their application achievements in their work, shared their learning and practical insights, and multiple management cases with different dimensions such as role transformation, coaching subordinates, and team building. They have expressed that in their future work, they should continue to apply what they have learned into practice and improve their business planning and staff management abilities in practical situations. After the report, some trainees were awarded the "Learning Star" title, and their representatives delivered award speeches and shared their learning insights. Managerial staff should not only strengthen self-management, develop good work habits, but also need to identify our positioning, follow the group strategic guidance to make specific tactics, continuously learn new skills, broaden our horizons, and improve our thinking patterns.
At the meeting, Mr. Zhou, CEO of Bondex Group, congratulated the trainees on successfully completing their studies. He hoped that everyone would improve their work values and continuously practice the methods learned in the project, further reflect on the goals and significance of themselves, the team, and the company, lead the team to contribute to the company's strategy, and become the "engine" and "leader" of the company's future development.
Mr. Tang, the Group Chairman, pointed out that currently, Chinese manufacturing enterprises are making great strides towards internationalization. We need to seize the opportunity and build the company into a leading end-to-end supply chain logistics service provider in China, serving the Chinese brand "going global" campaign. The trainees should combine learning, thinking with practice and integrate knowledge and action together. At the same time, Mr. Tang stated that the company will continue to provide a broader development platform for every colleague, and hoped that everyone can work hard with the perseverance and resilience of a fighter, continuously climb new heights in the industry, and create greater value in the supply chain.
