In order to further build a more competitive talent team, stimulate organizational vitality, and help the Group achieve its strategic objectives, Bondex launched the "Climber Program" talent echelon training project. By taking the "Ram Charan" leadership echelon theory, the project aims to cultivate the backbones of Bondex with both strategic talent and practical management abilities to play the role of leaders and create more values for the Group. From November 12 to 21, the first workshop was held in Shanghai and Qingdao respectively, and 80 colleagues from all units of the Group participated in the training.
During the two-day workshop, the trainer focused on the three elements of management role transformation and the five management behaviors. By simulating the complex organization of multi-level management, the trainees had a deep understanding of how the role of "leader" creates value for the company. In the "Strategy and Business Model" module, the trainer gave detailed interpretation on strategy, organization and talent at different levels. The trainees have further clarified that only by setting goals that match the specific managing unit and carrying out effective authorization management can the operational efficiency of the team be improved. In the "Leader Development" module, the scene drill of the GROW model coaching dialogue was introduced to make the trainees realize the power of question-asking and improved their ability to train and guide their subordinates.
Abundant activities such as group discussions and scene simulations were used in class to stimulate interactions and deep-thinking. In addition, more activities like award-winning questions and group competitions were introduced to make every trainee involved and share their own ideas. All trainees have got better understandings on leadership and improved their management ability in the workshop.

Next, the Group will successively organize the second workshop to cultivate more management talents to support the development of our company and build a talent echelon for strategy-making and business-operation, providing a solid guarantee of talent for Bondex's high-quality development.
