In order to further improve the level of employees’ application of the company’s various systems, improve work efficiency, and achieve work standardization and standardization, the company officially launched the SOP system internal trainer project on May 21. The project team is composed of the process management department and the talent development department.
For the business unit, 30 internal trainers were carefully selected. It is worth mentioning that more than half of these internal trainers are from the Bondex Business School. Next, in addition to developing system courseware and popularizing system functions, the internal trainers will also be responsible for compiling a manual for the business system to form a set of standardized work instructions. In addition, they will participate in the testing of new IT R&D systems and complete the collection of system requirements.
